Education plays a vital role in helping to grow our nation’s maritime manufacturing workforce. Tailored for educators and administrators, this collection of programs and tools is designed to promote awareness of maritime manufacturing industries in the classroom and spark interest among students. Through collaboration with local technical schools and industry partners, students gain hands-on experience in up to six trades: welding, machining, electrical, sheet metal, pipefitting, and shipfitting.
